Foundational Therapeutic Package
The Foundational Therapeutic Package is designed for individuals seeking a structured introduction to intentional microdosing within an educational and therapeutic framework. Combining educational resources, therapeutic opportunities, and Grow Your Own Thoughts® cultivation services, this package is intended to help participants approach intentional microdosing with greater knowledge, confidence, and informed decision-making.
As part of this package, individuals receive materials prepared through GYOT cultivation services. These materials are included in connection with the cultivation services provided and are one component of the overall educational package.

- Access to the Grow Your Own Thoughts: Microdosing with Purpose six-week educational video series
- Locking storage bag with a customizable combination code for secure storage
- One dosing spoon
- 4 g Golden Teacher mushroom powder (prepared through the company’s cultivation services)
- 4 g B+ mushroom powder (prepared through the company’s cultivation services)
- 4 g True Albino Teacher mushroom powder (prepared through the company’s cultivation services)
Therapeutic Cultivation Service
The Therapeutic Cultivation Service is designed for individuals seeking greater flexibility in their intentional microdosing approach through an expanded selection of materials prepared by Grow Your Own Thoughts®. By combining educational resources, therapeutic opportunities, and GYOT cultivation services, this offering encourages thoughtful exploration and informed decision-making.
As part of the service, participants receive materials prepared through GYOT cultivation services. These materials are included as one component of the overall educational offering and are intended to complement the learning experience.
Throughout the service, participants have opportunities to deepen their understanding through educational content, therapeutic opportunities, and ongoing access to Grow Your Own Thoughts® resources, fostering continued learning, personal reflection, and informed decision-making.
In addition to the weekly group sessions and other therapeutic and educational resources, you have a choice of the Cultivation Units and strain(s) you prefer. Each Cultivation Unit equates to a packet containing 4g mushroom powder (prepared through the company’s cultivation services).
