As part of the service, participants receive materials prepared through GYOT cultivation services. These materials are included as one component of the overall educational offering and are intended to complement the learning experience.
Throughout the service, participants have opportunities to deepen their understanding through educational content, therapeutic opportunities, and ongoing access to Grow Your Own Thoughts® resources, fostering continued learning, personal reflection, and informed decision-making.
In addition to the weekly group sessions and other therapeutic and educational resources, you have a choice of the Cultivation Units and strain(s) you prefer. Each Cultivation Unit equates to a packet containing 4g mushroom powder (prepared through the company’s cultivation services).
